Our research paper titled “An iterative LiDAR DEM-aided algorithm for GNSS positioning in obstructed/rapidly undulating environments” was awarded by the Academy of Athens as the best published paper in the field of geodesy for the year 2014.
Dr Chris Danezis, Assistant Professor at the CUT department of Civil Engineering and Geomatics, and Dr Vassilis Gikas, Professor at the NTUA department of Rural and Surveying Engineering were honoured to receive the award by the most distinguished members of the Hellenic academic community.
